We just finished sharing Paradise Blue Praws from Caledonie aka La Crevette bleue de Nouvelle-Caledonie. We haven't had these incredibly delicious prawns since we were last in France 🇫🇷 If prawns aren't for you order the Perfect Osso Buco , a lovely Veal Marsala, or a Steak au Poivre. Don't forget to get a Chicken Parm Chicken Parmigiana for the kids and grandkids. Buon Apetito !

Kudos to Kolikof. I have been a customer for quite some time like five years or so. I have never had any problems with the service or the products Jim sells. Everything I have ordered has been top notch. From the lamb chops to the veal chops steaks. They have all been above and beyond my expectations. The service and response has always been first class. They will even get you on the phone to accommodate you ask quick as they can. Keep selling quality products. dino

I wrote an ugly review of the shipping process and lack of responsiveness from the company. The Founder Jim Miller called me personally within about one hour!! My order of crab sat on the dock at FedEx hub for 5 days because of the bad ice storm and was totally thawed and hot when received. I also had purchased shipping insurance!! He apologized for the lack of a quick response from Kolikof after I emailed them and refunded my order and cost of insurance right then!! I take back my other ugly review. He kindly asked me to try their products again and now I am very likely to do so. Thank you for your personal service!!

We ordered meat and seafood from Kolikof, through Jim, for our family's Thanksgiving week meals, and everything about the product and service was top tier. Jim even sent us a sample of a Wagyu Ribeye Steak to try when we were making our decision to order, and it was one of the best steaks I've had in my life! The beef tenderloin we received was such an excellent cut of steak and it had everyone going back for seconds. I would highly recommend any product from Kolikof based on my experience with them, and I cannot wait to place my next order. Thanks Jim!
